the hotel location was favourable and great in the normal tourist area. the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and good value.

We were there for 1 day, everything was good, appreciated its particularly good and convenient location next to sultanhamet grand bazaar and attractions and bargain shopping areas. Location in the heart of the city was a plus.

Plus, the proximity to the station allowed for easy access to the airport and the Asian part of the city.

Communication and service were poor, especially when I arrived late due to a delayed flight. Despite having a confirmed reservation, they didn't keep the room for me and sent me to another hotel.

The 24-hour front desk meant I could bother the staff at any time of the day. Free WiFi throughout the property meant I could avoid interacting with people and focus on my social media addiction. The buffet breakfast had enough options to keep me satisfied and in a food coma all morning.
